Der Bauernhof liegt inmitten grüner Vegetation inmitten unberührter Natur in Costa Murtas an der SS 198. Wir sind sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen. Das Unternehmen liegt nur wenige Kilometer vom herrlichen Dorf Sadali entfernt, das bereits auf der Liste der schönsten Dörfer Italiens steht und in dem zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigt werden können, darunter die Kirche und der Wasserfall von S. Valentino, die Is Janas Höhlen und das prächtige historische Zentrum voller Brunnen und charakteristischer Ausblicke. Die Struktur verfügt über einen Saal mit 180 Sitzplätzen. Der Küchenchef bietet typische traditionelle Gerichte, darunter die köstlichen „Culurgionis“ und „Malloreddus“, streng handverpackt, Fleisch, Weine und Destillate aus eigener Produktion. Darüber hinaus gibt es Gerichte mit Wildgerichten und typische Gerichte der Barbagia-Küche. Zusätzlich zum typischen Menü bietet das Unternehmen ein Touristenmenü und ein Schulmenü für alle Ausflüge an. Außerdem können Sie der Destillation der von uns hergestellten ätherischen Öle, dem Melken der Ziegen, der Käsezubereitung und der Verpackung der Culurgionis beiwohnen. Im Firmenshop wird es dann möglich sein, alle unsere Produkte zu kaufen. Während der Jagdsaison organisieren wir für Personen mit Waffenschein in unserem Unternehmen spannende Jagdausflüge, die mit einem Mittagessen auf dem Bauernhof enden. Für Interessenten ist eine Reservierung einige Tage im Voraus erforderlich.

The Farmhouse, immersed in green vegetation amidst unspoiled nature, is located in Costa Murtas along the SS 198. We are easily reachable both by car and by bus. The company is only a few kilometers from the magnificent village of Sadali, already included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy, where it is possible to visit many attractions, including the church and the waterfall of S.Valentino, the Is Janas caves and the magnificent historic center, full of fountains and characteristic views. The structure has a hall of 180 seats. The chef offers typical traditional dishes, including the delicious "culurgionis" and "malloreddus", strictly hand-packed, meats, wines and distillates of his own production. Furthermore, you can find dishes cooked with game and those typical of Barbagia cuisine. In addition to the typical menu, the company offers a tourist menu and a school menu for any trips. You will also be able to witness the distillation of the essential oils we produce, the milking of the goats, the preparation of the cheese and the packaging of the culurgionis. In the company shop it will then be possible to buy all our products. During the hunting season, for people with a firearms licence, we organize exciting hunting trips in our company which end with lunch at the farmhouse. For those interested, reservations are required a few days in advance.
