Der Platz ist sehr gut gelegen und gut zu erreichen.
Man fährt an die Manuelle Schranke und öffnet sich selbst den Zugang.
Direkt beim Eingang kann man ent- und versorgen.
Es hat auch eine Art Rezeption - da findet man den Anmeldetalon. Kosten: 12 Euro pro Nacht.
Am Stellplatz findet man Stromanschlüsse. Ihr braucht Kleingeld um den Strom zu benutzen.
Rund um den Stellplatz hat es einen Lidl und einen EDEKA zu Fuss erreichbar.
In der Nacht war es ruhig und sicher.

Wer die wunderschöne Stadt Mainz zu Fuss erkunden will, ist mit diesem Stellplatz tip top bedient. Zu Fuss sind es 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Absoluter Top-Platz für Schiff-Fans.
man ist direkt an einer Doppelschleuse und kann vom WoMo aus das Treiben in der Schleuse beobachten.
Beim Eingang findet man die Ent- und Versorgungsstelle.
Den Stellplatz bezahlt man an einer Parksäule bar oder mit Karte.
Am Stellplatz hat es Stromsäulen - diese muss man mit Münzen füttern.
Der Platz ist ruhig und direkt an einem Damm. Darauf kann man bequem nach Bremerhaven flanieren. Die Aussicht auf die Schiffe ist spektakulär.
Ich war mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs - tip top machbar und sehr gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege.
Dieser Platz ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Ich habe 2 Nächte da verbracht.
Da ich nicht den ganzen Weg zurück fahren wollte habe ich nochmals in Mainz eine Nacht verbracht.
Da ich am frühen Nachmittag ankam habe ich noch ein bisschen in der Stadt herum flaniert.
