The place is very well located and easy to reach.
You drive to the manual barrier and open the access yourself.

you are right next to a double lock and can watch the goings-on in the lock from the WoMo.
At the entrance you will find the disposal and supply point.
You pay for the parking space at a parking column in cash or with a card.
There are power columns on the pitch - you have to feed them with coins.
The place is quiet and right on a dam. You can stroll comfortably to Bremerhaven. The view of the ships is spectacular.
I was traveling by bike - perfectly feasible and very well developed bike paths.
This place comes highly recommended.
I spent 2 nights there.
