Welcome to our farm, where we live and work. We look forward to welcoming you 🤗!
My husband Manfred's passion is breeding and preserving endangered animal breeds. On our farm, you'll find Gelbvieh cattle, Augsburg chickens, Pomeranian ducks, Gröllwitz turkeys, Franconian geese, and Angler Saddleback pigs. Our focus is on cattle farming, which we pasture in the summer. Soon, we will also be a certified organic farm. My job as Esther is to manage the family with our five children.
We also run a farm shop and are represented at weekly markets with our products. There, we offer a wide variety of food from our farm and our colleagues. In addition to sausages, meat, and smoked products, we also offer natural yogurt, cheese 🧀, vegetables, fruit, eggs, honey 🍯, oil, and much more.
In the tranquil village of Pfahlenheim, you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from major traffic routes 😌. Discover the Ottilien Spring, visit our church (I'll gladly give you the key), and hike the Way of St. James 🥾.
In the surrounding area, there are interesting towns such as Aub, a small Franconian town with many cultural offerings and markets. Ochsenfurt attracts visitors with its charming town center, many cafés, restaurants, cute little shops, and a great cinema. And of course, Würzburg and Rothenburg are also worth a visit.
