The municipality of Hodenhagen has enacted a motorhome parking bylaw that permits use exclusively by motorhomes! According to the bylaws, cars, caravans, tents, and canvas roofs are not permitted! Bookings are possible for a maximum of two nights.
Arrival and departure are between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
You can only dispose of greywater between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. and between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. These times are also set by law to protect residents.
Here in Hodenhagen, you'll be just 100 meters from the swimming lake, next to a lush green meadow with a view of the Meiße River. Here, you'll find absolute peace 😌 and relaxation. At the same time, the campsite is THE perfect starting point for a wide variety of trips 🧭. Nearby, you'll find Serengeti Park Hodenhagen (about 2 km), Walsrode Bird Park (about 15 km), and Heide Park Soltau (about 35 km).
The campsite offers electricity ⚡️ for a fee, as well as water 💧. However, the water is turned off during the winter months for frost protection. Consequently, fresh water supply and sewage disposal are not available during these times. Dogs 🐶 are welcome.
You can also discover and enjoy shopping opportunities and a wide variety of culinary options here. Various restaurants, such as German, Greek, Italian 🍝, or even Turkish cuisine, are located in the immediate vicinity. However, if you want to cook in your motorhome 🧑🍳 yourself, you can find the necessary ingredients and groceries at Netto or Edeka 🛒, which are also not far away.
You can also enjoy a variety of leisurely or exciting activities nearby. There's a swimming lake, outdoor fitness equipment, a boules court, and a mini soccer field ⚽️. And for the little adventurers, there's also a small but lovely playground and a green lawn 🌿 with plenty of seating.
