Nuraghe Ruiu camping is a relaxing and quiet holiday resort without loudspeakers but equipped with internet point.It is the ideal place for tourists who want to discover all the beauties of Sardinia , not only the beaches of our region.Norbello (Norghìddo, in Sardinian language) is a little town of about 1200 of inhabitants.It is situated around 147 and 431 meters above sea level, near Ghilarza and Abbasanta.The wide view gives the possibility to observe Omodeo’s lake basin and Barbagia high grounds.Norbello is mainly an agropastoral center, well known for its traditional and local textile handicraft and a wide range of food and wine products as well.In this area it is possible to visit several Tombe dei Giganti, Domus de Janas e Nuraghi.Santa Maria’s church now dedicates to Mercede, is very important for its mural inscription and templar Crosses, dated back to the end of the XII century.Nuraghe Ruiu camping village is easily accessible from the rest of Sardinia: it is far an hour and a half from Cagliari airport and port by car, less than two hours from Porto Torres, Alghero and Olbia. Our bungalows are furnished with the simplicity of style; they have an area of 50 square meters, made up of two bedrooms with external bathroom, a large kitchenette with dining room and a spacious porch. All the bungalows are air conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Our camp site is equipped with 60 tent places, power connection, toilets and confortable facilities. In summer is available the swimming pool for adults and children. You can taste our delicious local dishes prepared with characteristic product of our region. The restaurant has an area of 120 square meter and can accommodate up to 90 guests. The large external porch can includes other 60 guests.
