The place positively oozes relaxation - and it's just 20 minutes from Nantes and a quick drive from the Loire river. There are mobile homes, canvas bungalows and empty pitches here in this leafy-green setting close to a delightful village, at a campsite that's got a great reputation for its peaceful atmosphere. There's also a snack bar and a covered, heated pool for great fun times together. There's plenty of pike and carp in the lake for fishermen, and cyclists can use the Greenway (Voie Verte) to join the Loire by Bike cycle route. Walkers can stroll alongside the river or wander among the vineyards. For a change of pace, Nantes and its heritage is just 20 minutes away for some fascinating trips, and further afield are the beaches of the Atlantic.
