Route description for Itinerary: Beautiful lakes in Northern Germany
Wiese an der Kanu-Mühle Wesenberg
It starts with the first stop at the canoe mill in Wesenberg, in the middle of the lake district of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with our own boat rental!
The parking space is only about 250 meters or 3 minutes' walk from the canoe station, in the middle of a spacious meadow. Here you can choose your favorite place freely, because the area is big enough so that everyone has enough space and privacy.
For your convenience you can use the showers and toilets at the canoe mill and fill up with fresh drinking water if necessary. If you are looking for relaxation, you can also use our sauna (10€ per person). For the little adventurers among you there is a great adventure playground in the shade.
If you are hungry or thirsty in between, then the small shop directly at the station is the ideal place to go. Here you will find a diverse selection of delicacies such as ice cream, coffee, lemonade, beer, tarte flambée, bockwurst, cake and camping utensils. Relax, watch the incoming and departing kayaks and canoes and enjoy the sun.
If you would like to experience the fascination of water for yourself, you can also rent canoes and kayaks for day or longer water hikes.
The town center of Wesenberg with a supermarket and shops is only 1.5 kilometers away. In addition, a small breakfast or a delicious breakfast roll service is offered so that you can start the day strengthened.

Here you will find a parking space on a beautiful private property in the first row with an adjacent park area.
The bathing area can be reached in just 50m, the nearest bathing jetty is 500m away. A playground for the kids is nearby.
For the anglers among you: the fishing license for the lake is available online, so be sure to pack your fishing gear!

Beestermöller - Möllenkamp Twee
The last stop takes us to Emsland in Lower Saxony, the highlight of our route. With almost 500 years of history under its belt, the Beestermöller farm invites you to a historical and relaxing overnight stay. The nearby lake makes the location of the farm special. The camper or tent can be set up directly on the shore. In addition to bathing fun and boat tours on the lake, the area also invites you to extensive bike tours. In the midst of idyllic nature, everyone will find peace and relaxation here.
